Policy and Procedure
*When an order is placed, customer is in full agreement with policies and procedures.
*Ordering: All cake orders are done through email and Messenger . Unfortunately I can't answer phone calls while working and or tending to family. I can catch up on communication during down times throughout the day over email and Messenger
*Cake Pricing:
Prices will depend on flavor, serving size and the details of the cake design. My cakes are custom made for each customer, and the price is custom as well. Minimum cake order of $85.00
*Wedding Cake Tasting:
Tasting is only available for wedding parties. Please inquire for price.
​*Availability:
Services are available on a first come first serve basis. Please inquire for a quote and book your date as soon as your event date is established.

*Order and Retainer fee:
Pending date availability, ALL Orders are placed through email at Lovealwayscakes@yahoo.com. To place an order for your event and book the date a 25% non-refundable retainer fee is required. Without the retainer fee I cannot hold your date. Fees can be paid through PayPal / cash app or in person.
*Balance:
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the date of the event. Payment Balance can be paid via PayPal, Cash app or in person. If payment is not paid in full your order will not be fulfilled.
*Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for any reason.
*Delivery:
Delivery is included in all orders over $200. Otherwise there is a delivery charge of $1.00 per mile from my location and the event. The miles will be determined by mapquest.com using the shortest distance. I am willing to meet at a mutual location for free and pick up is always free of charge.
*Damages:
I am not liable or responsible for cake/ cupcakes once delivered. example: If cake is dropped while you're transporting or moving cake to display table, child smashes cake, or cake is left out in unforgiving weather too long. (please see weather care instruction). I am not responsible for cake !
*Pick-Up:
You may pick up at my location free of charge. If you choose to pick up and transport I am not liable or responsible for the cake/ cupcakes once it has left my location. Please prepare your vehicle so that is it clear of items that may fall or roll into the side of the cake. I do everything I can to provide well structured cakes. But Cakes are very fragile and can break easily. Please drive slow and carefully.
​*Serving size:
Wedding cakes and custom cakes are designed to serve the number of people you specified. Wedding serving slice 4x 1x 2x and Event cake serving slice 4x 2x3. If you are serving larger slices and run out I am not responsible to provide additional cake.
*Food Allergies:
All my cakes are prepared with, near or around nuts, eggs and dairy. They may or may not contain gluten. I do not accept orders with food allergy restrictions. You are responsible, so please advise your guest at your event of this information.
*Weather Care:
Arizona weather can be very hot, any cake left out in the heat too long will melt. Arizona also deals with monsoon weather that brings humidity. Cakes do not hold up well in humid weather. If the weather is humid cakes should be keep indoors in a cool place.
